Greetings in the most precious and priceless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
In preparation for our “in-person gatherings” as our church reopens on July 05, we anticipate some transitions and adjustments to our guidelines below based upon the CDC, SBC, State, and local input. We ask for your patience, flexibility, cooperation, and common courtesy as we step into this new season of time dubbed as “the new normal.” These guidelines are for your personal safety and the safety of those who we will also come into contact with. If a person is sick, has a temperature, is just not ready to meet in a public setting, or is uncomfortable with these guidelines, then please enjoy the worship experience at home in and through our live streaming online format. The link will be sent promptly to each one through our church email blast.
“The Rock” Basic Reopening Guidelines
Observe physical distancing of 6 feet
Wear face mask (covering both nose and mouth) while inside the church
Hand sanitizers will be available
Gloves are optional
Temperature check will be taken prior to entering church
Ushers will guide in seating attenders to designated spots
Those currently living in the same household can sit together/have their own bubble
Parents are responsible for their children
The kitchen, fellowship hall, and all classrooms are closed
Soap and wash hands thoroughly upon each visit to the restroom
With CDC and additional resource input, “The Rock” will NOT be providing:
Sunday School classes (except online)
Childcare Coffee/snacks
Please be advised that while extensive planning, preparing, cleaning, sanitizing, and most especially much praying have been done, we are not able to create a germ free or sterile environment in our church facility and on our property. Please bear with us during this time.
Again, thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation. God bless us all.
